SIP/IRS Fellowship 2021 – Submit your application

Si prega preventivamente di prendere attenta visione del testo completo del bando e delle tempistiche cliccando su questo link.

Per sottoporre la propria candidatura al Programma di Fellowship Internazionali SIP / IRS , attenersi alla seguente procedura:

  1. Scaricare il modulo Home Supervisor Form da questo link (file in formato Word). Si prega di compilarlo in ogni sua parte e quindi scannerizzarlo in formato PDF unitamente ad un proprio breve curriculum vitae (max 2 pagine – indicando anche ogni eventuale borsa già percepita nei precedenti 5 anni), ad una lista delle proprie pubblicazioni (max 3 pagine) e ad una lettera in carta intestata e timbrata dal proprio istituto/ente di appartenenza recante l’importo netto in EURO che verrà corrisposto al candidato ogni mese durante il periodo di Fellowship proposto. Qualora non fossero previsti compensi indicarlo esplicitamente nella lettera. Il documento unico in formato PDF così preparato dovrà essere caricato nell’apposito campo del form successivo
  2. Scaricare il modulo Host Supervisor Form da questo link (file in formato Word). Si prega di compilarlo in ogni sua parte e quindi scannerizzarlo in formato PDF unitamente ad un proprio breve curriculum vitae (max 2 pagine – indicando anche ogni eventuale borsa già percepita nei precedenti 5 anni), ad una lista delle proprie pubblicazioni (max 3 pagine) e ad una lettera in carta intestata e timbrata dall’ente/istituto ospitante recante l’importo netto in EURO che verrà corrisposto al candidato ogni mese durante il periodo di Fellowship proposto. Qualora non fossero previsti compensi indicarlo esplicitamente nella lettera. Il documento unico e in formato PDF così preparato dovrà essere caricato nell’apposito campo del form successivo
  3. Compilare in ogni sua parte il modulo sottostante (tutti i campi sono obbligatori) e quando richiesto caricare una descrizione completa del proprio progetto di ricerca, un proprio CV aggiornato in formato europeo e i due file in formato pdf preparati ai punti precedenti
  4. Validare e salvare i dati della propria application col bottone VALIDATE AND SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION in calce al modulo per trasmettere la propria candidatura alla Segreteria SIP/IRS

Si ricorda che la deadline per l’invio delle candidature è fissata per giorno 31 marzo 2021

The processing will also be carried out through computerised systems for the following purposes:

    1. To comply with the administrative, accounting and fiscal obligations in force;
    2. To complete our Secretariat duties for messages and phone calls on your behalf;
    3. To manage your Fellowship submission;

    Nevertheless, if you wish to allow the processing of your personal details as foreseen in points 1, 2 and 3, you will have to give us your authorization. Such authorization can be cancelled at a later stage and you will be able to oppose the processing of such details. For any further information or to assert your rights, recognized by EU General Data Protection Regulation, please contact the SIP/IRS Secretariat in charge of the processing.
